NINE!

That's how many weeks are left. It's hard to believe! This pregnancy has been really great so far. I've been fairly comfortable and haven't had too many aches or complaints. Josh still says I've been moody, but that's only when I find plastic bullets from his pellet gun in the toilet, where he's placed them to see how they bio-degrade. Pregnant or not, I think I'd still be irritated, but I'm certain our son is going to have a lot of fun hanging out with his crazy daddy.

The baby moves quite often, and when I think I must have killed him with the feta cheese I've just eaten or the fall I took after I tripped over myself, he gives me a nudge. There have been times when I jump pretty high from one of his kicks and that, I feel, is quite unnecessary. Out of the blue a foot will get me right under the ribs and the other day I swore he was squeezing my bladder just for fun.

I have sausages for feet and a lovely set of cankles and I'm a little nervous that the next few weeks will only fill them out more. I'm not sure what you do when your shoes don't fit anymore and you already wear a size 11. Men's shoes? Canoes?

Here's our first shower given by Josh's family while in South Carolina for Grandpa Hull's funeral:

Here's why I needed a seatbelt extender on the flight:

How fun that you are having a boy! We didn't know that yet. Guess that's what happens when you move out of the loop.

Aylah and I will be in Michigan at the end of April so hopefully we'll see you then.

P.S. Aylah is always excited to meet more boys ;)

Erica and I are so excited for the two of you. May the Lord cause your little one to grow up to adore Jesus.
